Over twenty years ago, long ahead of most of the available football sites today, we had the foresight to take our knowledge and share it by publishing it here on the web. At one time, and for quite some time, we ranked in the top ten for search engine results for football rules and for officiating mechanics.
Times have changed, the game has changed, and in our opinion, not all of it is good. So, yes, we have not updated our content in quite some time.
Nonetheless, we will continue to keep this site alive for those of you who may value, from a historical perspective, the information contained.
